About

I studied Economics at university and, in the years that followed, I worked in export sales for several international companies. I enjoyed selling and export work, but what really interested me was building products and solving real user problems. At an international trade fair I saw a genuine problem in the sector: connecting supply and demand on the floor itself, in a way that was actually efficient. That idea became Obiquo, an entrepreneurial project through which I discovered service design and user experience. The project didn’t take off, but it made clear what I wanted to do.

In the years that followed I had the chance to study and work as a UX and service designer in several consultancies, on large and small projects across different sectors and countries. Some of those solutions have reached millions of users worldwide.

Now, with AI applied to methods, the knowledge and experience I’ve built across so many projects let me define, design, and develop ideas faster and to a higher standard.

I align strategy, design, and delivery to drive measurable outcomes.

The designer role is no longer a single hat. It is one of many facets I’ve learned over time, which I practice alongside those of product manager and digital innovation consultant.

This path gives me a wide view: of the business and its strategy, of the user and their needs, of the product and its timelines. With AI’s support, the three hats interleave more easily, and that translates into more reliable, on-time delivery.
